Clear information about project inquiries and optional website measurement.
Notice version:
About this notice
This notice describes the JMI Windows & Doors website, including its consultation form and offer surveys. It explains the information used to operate the site, respond to project inquiries and, when you choose, measure website use and advertising.
You can contact JMI directly if an online option is unavailable. Choosing optional measurement is not required to contact us about a project.
Website operation and inquiry delivery
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as network addresses, browser information, requested pages and request times. Form validation, spam controls and duplicate-submission controls help protect the inquiry service.
When online intake is enabled, our server forwards the submitted inquiry to HighLevel (also known as GoHighLevel), which JMI uses to manage contacts, retain project notes and notify its team. Processing references and security records help us investigate a submission without putting your message into analytics events. A website acceptance message means the request was accepted for processing; it does not verify that every notification was delivered.
With advertising consent, supported campaign and ad-click identifiers may accompany an inquiry so JMI can understand its source. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from making an enabled inquiry or contacting JMI directly.
What measurement includes
When measurement is enabled and you have given the applicable consent, we measure page views, selected interactions and successful server acceptance of an inquiry. Inquiry events distinguish the main website consultation, installation-offer survey and quote-comparison survey. Clicking a phone link is an interaction, not proof of a phone call or a new lead.
We do not put your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project message, survey answers or other free-text form fields into ordinary analytics or advertising event parameters. Measurement page addresses exclude query strings and fragments. We do not count failed, disabled or unconfirmed submissions as accepted inquiries.
Meta advanced matching and Meta Conversions API are not enabled by this website. Google’s optional contact-data matching is described separately below.
Optional Google Ads matching
When this feature is enabled and you choose both Advertising and Google matching, an accepted inquiry can also help Google measure an ad conversion. The feature uses the email address and phone number from the submitted inquiry. It standardizes their format and applies SHA-256 hashing in your browser before sending only the resulting hashes to the Google Ads conversion destination. Google can match those hashes with signed-in Google account information to associate an accepted inquiry with an ad interaction.
Hashing does not make this information anonymous. The matching feature does not send your raw email address or phone number to Google, and it does not use your name, address, ZIP code, project details or survey answers. These hashes are not sent to Google Analytics or Meta, or saved in the website’s preference storage, tracking storage or tracking logs. This is separate from the contact information JMI receives to respond to your inquiry.
Google matching is currently disabled. When enabled, the website checks your matching choice again after preparing the hashes and before sending them. Withdrawing the choice stops future matching; it cannot undo a match or disclosure that has already occurred.
Service providers and external content
The services involved in the website and enabled features include Vercel for hosting, HighLevel for inquiry management, Google for optional analytics and advertising measurement, and Meta for optional advertising measurement. Their processing is also subject to the applicable service arrangements and their own privacy information:
Clicking an external link takes you to another service. Clicking to play an embedded YouTube video connects your browser to YouTube, even if you have rejected this site’s optional measurement. YouTube then processes playback and technical information under Google’s policies. The service-area illustration itself uses local artwork and does not load a third-party map.
Homepage chat assistant
The homepage includes a chat assistant provided by Text. Loading the widget connects your browser to Text and can involve technical information, browser identifiers and information about your visit. If you use chat, Text processes the messages and details you choose to provide to help JMI respond. Chat is separate from the website consultation form and from optional Google and Meta measurement. The Analytics and Advertising choices do not disable this chat service.
Read Text’s privacy policy for information about its processing. Contact JMI with questions about chat records or your inquiry.
Retention and privacy requests
Different records serve different purposes. Your cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days; that period does not set the retention period for inquiry records, email notifications, security records or provider-held data. Contact JMI to ask about the information associated with your inquiry, its current retention practices, or a correction or deletion request. We may need information to verify your request and find the relevant record.
The privacy choices on this website control its optional measurement. They do not automatically remove a prior inquiry from JMI’s contact records or email systems. Contact JMI separately if that is what you need.
